    My name is Nitin Chauhan. Unfortunately a customer of LivPure. My registered mobile number is 9987417742. I got this machine 1 year ago and now want to return it and have my deposit back. For the past 8 days, I have been trying to cancel and get my money back. 15 calls in 8 days. 7 times they disconnected my call because I was arguing with them. 4 times including the email I provided my alternate number but still nobody called. First of all, they don’t have any landline numbers. It’s all mobile numbers and on TRuecaller it says Fraud/Scam. You can’t even call them back. Today is my last day of recharge and I don’t want to continue but I am very sure that they are going to charge me rentals for no reason.

    I am 100% sure I am not getting my refund back but I am also very sure that If I don’t get my refund back then I am not gonna return the machine as well. I will throw the machine out of my house and they can do whatever they want.

Hello, My name is Gowri Shankar V, i have very bad user experience with LivPure, I’ve raised complaint JS-25032702311613, JS-25050103380472 for RO touch panel not working which is left unattended morethan 60days not even considering this is really impacting my day to day essential , issue is My RO Platino CCR39D1007216 touch panel is not working and have my active AMC until 21st Nov 2025

    as soon as they understand touch panel issue they disappeared and dont pick call,. sent multiple reminder and email escalation nothing is working,. seriously my daily essential work is impacting and i need to spend at lest minimum of 30-40mins in customer care call
