Today on 12 Sep 2023, we received a parcel from AEPL which I never ordered. It is delivered by Delhivery pvt ltd. It was cash on delivery (COD), so they asked me to pay the amount 299. To check the parcel we opened it and we found an old saree. The AWB number is 22497285560526

Not getting delivery on time and then had message of delivered but I didn’t receive my order

Not getting delivery on time and then had message of delivered but I didn’t receive my order
So I ordered sandals from AJIO on 30 august 2023 and it’s delivery date was on 4 September so the delivery man called me and asked me if I’m okay that he can deliver the product next day and I said okay and then the delivery never came for about 2-3 days like no calls or messages that it’s out for delivery . Finally after complaining they got it on 7-8 sept and then delivery man called me on 4:09pm and I picked up immediately he cut my call and when I called him exactly back at 4:09 he didn’t received and rejected my calls and then I complained again and the customer care lady said that it was fake complaint of mine like seriously if it was fake the product would have been in my hand and I would have not been calling the customer care and moreover then on 11 September finally it was out for delivery but idk he never called me and I got delivery message at night time I immediately called him because when out for delivery they give the number of delivery man and he told me to be patient like how could I after going through this much seriously.

No update on the delivery
It’s been a full week, and I’ve received no communication whatsoever from Footballmonk.in. My order status still reads “processing,” with no sign of progress. Despite sending them an email, there has been complete radio silence from their end. After researching the company’s reviews, I’m growing increasingly concerned that my hard-earned money may have vanished.
This situation is particularly disheartening because the item I ordered was meant to be a heartfelt birthday gift for someone special. I had clung to the hope that, even if it was delayed, it would eventually arrive in time. However, at this point, I’ve sadly lost all confidence and optimism, both in the delivery and the return of my funds.
