Item delivered amount taken & it’s found defective so item took back the guy came for delivery and not picking calls
On 15-09-2023 Friday my order has been delivered and it was found defective and the defective item is with Mr.Sunil he is from Amazon, defective item taken on same delivery time. Now one person came to pick the item from Shadowfax. That day Amazon person Sunil has told to call when pickup person will come but now Amazon Sunil is not responding my calls. My defective item is with Sunil from Amazon, kudlu gate warehouse, Bangalore.

I have ordered on 11 Nov and last update was on 15 nov showing that the package have been dispatched from KOL AP TMO and I still haven’t received my package yet please fix this issue
