Damage old clothes delivered
Fashion Team,
I am writing to inform you about a serious issue with my order. I received the product on 20.09.2023 from the delivery guy, he asked me to pay phone pe online and then left quickly before I could check the contents. When I opened the package, I found that the shirts were damaged and the military pants was missing. There was only paper inside instead of the pant.
This is unacceptable, and I demand a full refund or a replacement of my order. Please look into this matter urgently and take action against the delivery guy and company who cheated me.
Please find attached your parcel slip provide me. Your company has delivered wrong item vide order ST15SEP6859 to me, and your company totally fraud,
Now, again I want my original parcel or refund in my bank account amounting to rs 899.00 immediately right now,
