Zoom Car Refund issue
I had booked car on zoom Car on 31 aug 23 for the duration of 3 Sep to 7 sep 23, after booking payment was done, on the 3 Sep 23 around 10 AM when I call host for car, he denied to handover car , then I talk to costumer care, he suggeste me either change vehicle or cancel booking, i cancel my booking but my refund was not being processed till now. And there is no any option to talk with costumer care for issue when your booking is cancelled
