Zomato Order ID – 5158754196 Non delivery of Food
Hi,
I recently ordered from Zomato and I didn’t receive the order. When I complained about the incident and the rude behaviour and attitude of the delivery guy I was offered discount promo code against my order amount. I asked them to refund my money through original mode of payment as I don’t wish to use Zomato in future but they didn’t consider this. If I made a payment through UPI bank account then the refund should also be credited to my bank account. I have no use for the promo discount. I reached out to the Zomato on email but no use. They are just responding that we gave you the voucher. I also need to understand whether Zomato is responsible for not delivering the food when we have guest waiting to be fed and the Zomato showing that the food is already delivered. Isn’t Zomato should compensate for the humiliation and discomfort caused by such services. Forget about the compensation, I just expect that the refund should be done in original mode of payment rather than discount codes or promo offers. Please look into the issue.

The complaint is against SKY KING COURIER SERVICE for their unprofessional behaviour and delay in service.
My Product was shipped and expected to deliver in Hyderabad on 3rd Nov 2023.

Tracking ID is 418368042

Since 3rd Nov till today, I did not receive any call from the Delivery agent or from the courier company. I tried checking the status using their customer care number however, the representative was very unprofessional and illiterate and directly told me that no one will deliver the product.
The Delivery agent has been ignoring my concern and not responding when I called him on his number 8809519313.

I expect an apology and a proper action towards the ignorance of Sky king courier as it has been a worst experience.
