Zomato Food Delivery
I have ordered food on Zomato with order ID 5497517319 at midnight 1 AM from a restaurant called Delhi Darbar Dhaba on 15th January, 2024. The food was too salty and unhygienic food(smelling bad) and have spoken with customer executive on chat and he was soo bluntly said that he will give me 39 Rupees as refund and he did not cared about my hunger, money, time of mine. He was so casual and without my consent, he just resolved the chat and ended and after which I couldn’t able to connect to them, instead they asked Me to mail, which is actually useless where they just apologize.
