Zomato and FreshMenu ( Richmond Road) provided Non veg Food
I had ordered keto-Caulifower Parmigiana . which turned out to be a Non Veg Item. I am a pure vegetarian and have never consumed non vegetarian food my entire life. I had always stayed away from it for religious reasons, my sympathy for animals, my choice of life and the values instilled to me by my parents.
Today Zomato and FreshMenu ( Richmond Road) is completely responsible to destroy that. I am traumatized and will never look at the food same way again. My trust in ordering food is shattered and worse part is due to my lifestyle ordering food online is recurring thing for me.
I had complaint about this to Zomato and they were shamelessly casual about this like its not a big deal.
I have documented everything (that chat with employee, photos of the food and also the food had no indicators for non vegetarian item inside.
I need to make this message very clear to Zomato and FreshMenu ( Richmond Road) foods that this is not a casual matter.
They have done something so awful to a person that lived their life by a value and they damaged that with the trust a customer puts into them.
I seek a formal apology from Zomato and the restaurant as well as compensation from them to cause this depressing event in my peaceful day.
I will never be able to trust my food packages again. Zomato and FreshMenu ( Richmond Road) did that to me.
