Zivame is not giving the refund of returned product
I returned 3 products which I have ordered from zivame in which I get refund of two products but I didn’t get the refund of third one. I have called zivame customer care they told me to wait for at least 15 days and once the product will reach to them they will refund me after 15 days I have called them they refused to refund because they didn’t receive that product yet, after 2 days again I have called them one of their customer support executive accepted that the product is received to them and they will refund me in 1,2 working days ,agin I waited for 2 days after that I have called them again they denied that product hasn’t received to them so can’t refund, this all is going from last more than one month.
