Wrong size delivered
I ordered shoes from Gravio company vide order No 13986799on 27/1/24 and received today throughShipSreak , by making payment of Rs.999/-
On opening the box I found small size shoes. Immediately I contacted the and informed. They said they are sending a link to my mobile and through the link seek refund. When open the link through the registered mobile, received message that order not placed on this mobile and asked for order number. When entered the order number, received message that no Oder placed. It’s clearly cheating of customer.
