Wrong Products Sent. No Reply afterwards
I have ordered collared shirts worth Rs.1500. After 11 days, I received 2 normal T-shirts which cost maybe not even Rs.100 each. When I went to submit a refund there is no refund option. All they have given is a WhatsApp number saying, to send a message in case of a refund. The number does not exist. I was left with no option but to file a complaint against them
