Wrong product received so i returned the product but they haven’t returned my money back
I ordered milton thermosteel prudent 500ml 24hrs cold and hot water but i received milton 350 ml flask, so i returned the item, after returning they didn’t initiate my refund, I contacted customer care and informed me that an investigation was raised and it will take 14 days for refund, and asked me to contact on oct 19 and they said they will issue manual refund, I contacted on oct 19 and first agent told he has initiated the refund and it will take 3-5 days to credit into account, the second person told me to wait till end of day and contact back tomorrow if refund not initiated, after 10minutes i called them again and 3 rd person told that they are not going to issue refund or replacement, I asked them to return the product that was picked up if not able to initiate refund they denied, Amazon is such a frauster and ppl working there also like that. Please help me to get my money back.
