Regarding fraud activity by boult audio
I have a neckband Zcharge on 20 june 2023. After using some day I found neckband was not working properly. I sent it service centre and got a replaced product. But the replaced product was damaged and also not working properly again I complained it to bould audio, this time they said to me to returned bact the product by courier. I did the same after that I am not getting information about my product. They has not sent my product back to me till now. I have massaged and also called them a lot of time but they are not so responsive.
Kindly help me to get my product back.
