Refund not issued for more than 10 months
Dear Sir / Madam
My name is Samynatha prasath sridhar. I booked the ticket through Make my trip , Booking ID is AN2NK5LFFE2XiX422324 (booked PNR number : 6FL59V and JBPPFZ) on 5 th February 2023. I travelled with my family on 5th February 2023 through air india from Dubai to Kochi . but I cancelled my return flight ticket (from Kochi to Dubai on 6th February 2023) .

We are keep on following for the refund. Almost 10 months over. Till we didn’t get any.
Kindly provide proof for airlines is still pending to the refund the amount and it’s not because of make my trip delay. How I will believe you , you took that money and you are blaming airline. I need kindly provide the mail backup from airlines as evidence.
