Red bus travel booking
I have booked ticket for vijayapura karnataka to banglore. For vijayapura I have selected boarding point nidgundi in vijayapura option given by red bus. But actually that boarding point is far away 60km from vijayapura.. my complaint is why red bus gave boarding point under vijaypura as nidgundi due to that I missed my bus. My wife son and I suffered. Again bus service provider taken money from me extra to seat in other bus.. I requested red bus to refund my bus booking amount but they are supporting.
