Bank Charges of 590 rupees

I wish to express my dissatisfaction and raise a formal complaint regarding a deduction of 590 rupees from my bank account. I have noticed this transaction on my account statement and find it concerning as I have not authorized any such deduction or received any prior notification regarding this deduction. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and a prompt resolution.

ICICI Bank dp charges deductions

Myself j abhinav, i have been with icici bank since 2020. This year 2023 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn’t inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till may-23 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

CHANGE THE DEFECTIVE HONDA ACTIVA AS IT IS NOT 03 MONTHS OLDER

Respected Sir/ Madam,

It is to state that my name is Ajay Sharma and unfortunately, I am a customer of your Honda Activa which was purchased from Decent Honda (Telmos Automobiles (P) Ltd.), GSTIN-06AABCT5476D1ZE, Near Shakti Motors, Dabwali Road, Sirsa on 15 Mar 2023 at Bank Loan and 03 instalments have been released. Very next day after purchasing the Honda Activa, I was faced with a noise from the Honda Activa which was different from the noise of Engine. Sh. Sandeep, Service Manager was informed about the same but without any seriousness, he said that the two wheeler/ Activa is new and when it will run on the road with kms, the noise will automatically stop. After 20 days, when the vehicle was run at 350 KMs, the noise was coming as it was starting and now the speed meter stopped. I once again called Mr. Sandeep, Service Manager and visited the service station. The speed meter was also defective and it was changed.

It is pertinent to mention here that on the very first day of the purchase, I complained that the noise came from the vehicle which was still heard.

I asked him to prepare my job card but he said that yourscooty is new and on thecoming 1st Service, we will change the gear box and other items and also said that we will extend the warranty period for an extra 3 years. After completing of 1st Service, I was faced with another problem: when I stopped my Activa on the road due to some reason, it did not start with a self-button. I once again visited the service station with said defect and the Manager changed my battery this time.

On 07 June 2023, I was again visited at the service station with a noise complaint and now, the Service Manager changed my Activa Gear Box again and Magnet Coil with another Activa which was available in the station and No. of the Activa was HR 24 AF 3181. Now, it was the time when I was as depressed as my vehicle was not 03 months old and maximum spare parts had been checked or changed. One thing was noticed by my friends and relatives that thecolour of the front side was different from the colour of the back side. So many complaints had been filed in the Service Station of Decent Honda (Telmos Automobiles (P) Ltd.), but all the complaints were settled with an Invitation Letter addressed to me whereindeliberately mentioned that “Not foundany abnormal noise in your vehicle.”

You are informed that I had dropped my vehicle in the service station and I am demanding a change of my vehicle with a new one. It is highly expected that the Decent Honda (Telmos Automobiles (P) Ltd.), GSTIN-06AABCT5476D1ZE, Near Shakti Motors, Dabwali Road, Sirsa is doing some rounds and it is a matter of enquiry. It is after all trying to defame the name of the Honda Motors.

In view of the above, you are requested to look into the matter and conspiracy planned against me for the sake of hard earned money. I’ll be highly obliged.

Copy of invoice, insurance and Invitation letter is enclosed.
