We have bought a shampoo named Morr F 5% solution 60 ml from PharmEasy online platfrom. We ordered it on 30 April 2024. We have received the product on 4th May 2024. But at the time of receiving the seal was opened and the bottle was half empty. We didn’t get the fresh product. So we request to return the product on the day itself. On the next day they took the product. But after 7 days also we didn’t get our refund amount and on 11th May I have got a message from them stating that the return request was declined. So I escalated my concern regarding this issue on the same day. After that i have got many calls from them saying that they are investigating on the issue. After many calls on 13th May they did call me and said the issue was caused from my side and they have nothing to do with the same. Their point is we broke the seal and opened and made the bottle half empty and they have nothing to do with, so I can’t get the refund amount back. I tried to make it clear that I haven’t done anything with the bottle. I got the bottle itself half empty. Then they were putting the blame on ourselves repeatedly. I Mentally suffered a lot with this. I’m an aspirant of UPSC, I ordered this product for my family. So I’m responsible for them. I couldn’t leave the issue like this. I have taken JIo Airfiber a week ago, they have confirmed the services on 100mbps speed of internet and 16 OTT & 650+channles with 899 pack.
1. They will start the connection once paid only, after that either it is working or non working / failing the services by JIO which ever it is they dont pay back.
2. Once connection is established, all false statements.
No speed of internet and intermittent connecion issue in one hour (approximately 5 to 10 times disconnection), no Live channels (Only Hotstar Disney). How bad this Jio services. All false statements;
When i called to customer care, they were saying that once paid, it will not payback to customer. They can send technical service agents multiple times bit they dont pay back.
So, my suggestion, if you want to followup only to JIO instead focusing on your daily work, then take JIO AIRFIBER.
Please help us to get my pay back and disconnect the services. The amount is not a small, it was 7,500 approximately.

This seems like a fraud, I have requested for a jio fiber connection in the month of September 2023, and I paid 100 for that.
Later in the first week of November, I got call from these gentlemen:
Yuvraj – 7822812953
Pornak – 9226516844, telling me that I need to do the KYC first.
I did my KYC, Yuvraj arrived for the KYC and asked me to pay 7364.92 on 11th November. The amount was immediately deducted, and he assured me that the connection will happen within a week.
Now, today is 4th December NO PROGRESS so far. They are
1. neither making the connections
2. Nor refunding my money back
3. Not picking up calls
4. Not responding to the messages
Just one response, I will check with ‘Sir’ and asked for refund. This is really frustrating, disappointing and pathetic service from Jio Fiber.
Please do something.

We are sorry to inform you that while going to recharge our mobile on 20.12.23 for Rs.666/- the transaction was failed but the amount was debited to my account. Later on, 21.12.23 we again tried to recharge for the same amount & get it done. But the first transaction made on 20.12.23 for Rs.666/- was not recredited to my account so far. Therefore, we request you to verify your records & arrange to repay the same at your earliest possible.

Hi we are trying to reach jio team customer care agents engineer everyone’s no one is responding us properly for past 11days so we decided to put a case against jiofibre because we got so much angry and irritated..This is how you treat your customers we are Airtel users for past 20years our whole family changed into jio but now only we know about you very wrost network and team I never recommend this to anyone and we going to put a case against you whatever you do we can face that…

It’s been 11days more Till no engineers will contact us for relocation assistance..My Order ID: CO00012RZ5MO Order Date: 11 Dec, 2023 10:21 AM.
How many days it will take to someone visit and fix this in my house or else what I wants to do tell me anything where can we complaint about this..
I want to complaint this and I need to stop my jio network and need my refund amount otherwise if no response came me no one is contacting me till now I’m very angry by using this network..
I want refund amount otherwise I will raise complaint because 11days internet is waste for us no one is responding properly then what we do when the engineers will come and visit give proper response and date today is final otherwise we will sure put the case
