Package not received
I was suppose to receive a parcel which was shipped 10 days ago. The status of the shipment shows delivered however I haven’t received the package yet.
I have filed the complaint and they say to wait for 24 hrs its been 72 hours now, they are not able to track my parcel and not able to deliver it timely.
The parcel is very urgent, what a pathetic and ridiculous service is this!!!!!!
