Describe Your Query : I ordered Foxksy Tv online and the TV was delivered on 13.10.2023. On 14.10.2023 installation service engineer unboxing, the tv is in damaged condition. I registered for replacement on 14.10.2023. Replacement register No: FSY202310146716) No further process is taken after 5 days(tv is in my home no use). there is no response from company side.
