Online payment disappointment through OLX customer
Hi sir/madam, When I went through OLX site for purchasing a Laptop for my personal use, I got to know about a person advertised in the caption ” Furniture and Electronics”. I contacted him via his phone number “+91 6375776984” and he introduced himself as a ITBPF (Tibetian Border Police) showing his proof as attached.. I believed and made initial payment of Rs.2000 through gpay and then he sent me a stamped acknowledgement image to prove he is going to send me the package asking for the remaining amount.Then I sent the rest amount 3500 two times and 1000rs by 24 mar 2024 through the same gpay. Additionally he sent me his canara bank account details also which is linked to the QR code he provided along with another phone number “8302251802” through which I got the message that the parcel was dispatched… But unfortunately I got disappointed finally and lost my 10000 rs.Could you please help me out on this issue? I request you to take necessary steps to protect others… When I try to call him in both the numbers, via other numbers,it’s ringing..but not been picked up
