I‘m still waiting to hear from you. Today again I call to customer care they are saying, they require 24-48 hours to come back to me.
I have raised my complaint on 6th June 2023 and since then I’m following up with them for resolution.
I have called them 7-10 times from my end for update on my complaint. Each time I’m taking the follow up with them, they don’t update status from there end. Is this customer needs to raise complaint and do the follow up also. I’m experiencing extremely worst service from OnePlus brand. I’m a brand loyal since last 6years I’m still getting such worst service.
My both the plans are not activated yet
i.e Screen Protection plan and Red Cable Life Plan.
I need resolution
