Refund has been transferred to nykaa app wallet. With many complaints mails n calls to customer support money haven’t transferred to the account. Already 15 days over, still extending the days but no actions by their side. This is not a 1st time facing issues with nykaa app, the way not responding n delayed actions made my mind to delete the app itself.
