My new phone which was supposed to have an exchange wasn’t completed.
I had bought a new phone from Flipkart and I chose exchange of my old phone to new phone. The old phone was supposed to be exchange by the delivery man but he didn’t come to pick up, the result was he cancelled it.
I tried to reach out Flipkart customer support but there was no support from them and instead they only gave me the timelines which was never worked. They ruin customer satisfaction.
I want my phone to get exchange and I need my money for the exchange.
