Loan account not closed in CIBIL report.
Hello sir/maam,
I had taken a loan from mpokket loan app in January 2023 in my traditional mobile phone which I continued to use by making time to time repayment and I used to make regular payment on time of mobile loan mpokket. In the same month of August I took a loan from mppoket loan app and made its repayment on 01 September 2023 and my payment confirmation letter has been received on my mail but my cibil records The loan is still showing as active in the records, hence my CIBIL score is showing as negative. I have paid it all outstanding balance 5 months have been completed after paying the loan amount, still no update, I talked to the customer care about the close loan account and update a cibil report, there is a reply from the customer care, it will be updated in 15
calendar days, still no update. Due to active loan account, my CIBIL report is getting negative effect. Due to this, it is creating problem in applying for new loan. Please take action on this mpokket as soon as possible. Please help me in this problem, along with all the loan payment bills are attached with the mail for your reference.
