    I am Apurba Sarkar, my LIC policy number is- 447228632, sir i paid my annual premium Rs-18688/-online through paytm app on 27-09-2023. But i could not download LIC premium receipt, already debited Rs 18688/- from my SBI account no-20185965559.
    Sir please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

    My name is Gopal Singh, my LIC policy numbers are- 246171743 & 246171744, Sir I paid my annual premium Rs-20122/-online through Bhim SBI Pay UPI app on 25-09-2023. But immediately after amount deducted an error page displayed. I could not download LIC premium receipt but already amount Rs 20122/-debited from my SBI account no-37261137230.

But immediately after amount of premium deducted; an error page displayed and neither any intimation was received nor I could download my LIC premium receipt. But already an amount of Rs 20122/- debited from my SBI account no-37261137230.
    Sir please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

    I have paid my premium Rs:16927.48 on 06.11.2023 on you official website.After completing
    the transaction error message appeared transaction failed .My account is debited
