On 20 Jan ’24 my account got deducted with Rs.562.19 Dr as ECSRTNCHGS051023_SR937962482GST
charge without any prior notice. When I asked them they said I have a deemat account with them and it is an annual charge for that account. Though I had never open a deemat account with them. They should include that account also in their app or send some quarterly notice.
My bank account was debited with 10,493rs and made my account balance zero I don’t know the reason and it was deducted without any notice saying info EBA*NSE M202
MY CLIENT CODE WITH ICICI DIRECT 8509043191.
My total equity purchase through ICICI DIRECT is Rs.54578/- only to date. On November 15th, 2022 as amount of Rs.15247 was taken from my account as EBA NSE i made a complaint through my APP, no response. And on 6th October 2023, an amount of 9686 was taken.
In a span of one year, you can take from SB account Rs.24933/- where my investment is only 55000/-. There is no explanation regarding your transaction in my account without my approval. This is a clear violation of SEBI rules.
Even mail to their help desk no proper reply from them. In this circumstance, I request to take action against the bank for the misappropriation of funds in my savings account.

Icici Bank has debited Rs. 826. from my account without any prior notice. I don’t know how they can debit without any intimation. Amount deducted is for demat account which I had not used. Even I don’t know how to use it.
