GST theft by Make My Trip
I booked hotel mandakini plaza in kanpur from 5th to 8th november. While booking the hotel i entered get details as i required a gst invoice and wrote that in special requests too. But during checkout i was provided gst invoice of ₹7179/- while i paid ₹9257/- during booking on make my trip . While calling the customer care of make my trip they told me that hotel is not gst insured so you will get 2000/- rupees less bill while it was never mentioned when i was booking the hotel. They are clearly stealing gst money by providing bill of less amount than the amount being paid.
