2 times rs 590 has been deducted from my account automatically.
I have a loan of amount rs.11730 and i am to pay it on every 3rd of the month,
Today is 2nd of September and i had 12000 rs bal on my account and i was trying to pay the EMI but it showed insuffecient balance the resaon was that the bank had deducted 590rs from my account stating “IDBI Bank A/C NN60297 debited INR. 590.00 Det:ACH-RTN-CHRG-7593167972. Bal (incl. of chq in clg) INR. 11413.01 as of 02SEP 09:23 hrs.” Please check on it and refund my money its the 2nd time it has happened.

I have a 5K SIP Auto pay per month and sip amount deducted every 10th of the month, on 10th of September and i had 30000 rs bal on my account.the bank had deducted 5 times 590rs from my account stating “IDBI Bank A/C 1461104000016694 debited INR. 590.00 Det:ACH-RTN-CHRG-8576311073 INR. 590.00 Det:ACH-RTN-CHRG-8576311067 INR. 590.00 Det:ACH-RTN-CHRG-8576311074 INR. 590.00 Det:ACH-RTN-CHRG-8576311072 INR. 590.00 Det:ACH-RTN-CHRG-8576311081 on 13SEP 2024” Please check on it and refund my money.
20 times rs 590 are debit from IDBI Bank LTD without any reason
