    I am complaining about my parcel which is undelivered since last 3 days and misbehaving 

    I was supposed to receive my parcel on 30/05/2024 however when I called delivery boy on 30/05/2024 about my parcel to ask when it will be delivered, he said I will deliver at 4pm then I requested I will be not available that time, He said I will reschedule for 31/05/2024 and morning delivery, when I called on 31/05/2024 delivery boy start speaking rudely said if you want I will deliver in evening or I will not deliver your parcel do whatever you want and complain wherever you want I will not give you parcel and hangup call on me and cancelled my parcel straight away when I called other person on 7008956097 he said I will ask to arrange again when I called on 01/06/2024 he said I am not in office he is not giving information and giving excuse I called few times not answering my call either.

Today is 11th June still I don’t receive my products.The delivery agent, Ecom Express of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, messaged me for two days that they will deliver the products, but they didn’t.Even when I call, they do not answer.every morning message in mobile saying the products will deliver today however at the evening again message me the products is undelivered.
