Didn’t receive offer cashback and interest refund of no cost EMI from Zestmoney
Hi, I have purchased a apple iphone 13 from croma using zest money as they had an offer during festive season. From 26th January I’m eligible to claim my offer cashback and it should be rightfully credited to my bank account after 26th January 2023 but zestmoney has been delaying this process and I feel like being cheated by them as I signed up to this app only for this offer cashback. I write to the customer care more than 30 times and even mailed my problem but they didn’t solve this issue. Requesting team to immediately look into this matter as they are cheating many customers like this and people are losing their hard earned money in this scam.
