Products ordered on 24.09.23 at Dry fruits mall. No products received.

I have paid Rs.598.00 to Dryfruitmall on 24.09.23 through Paytm payments retail app. Money has been deducted from my credit card. I made complain to support@dryfruitmall.live on 26.09.23. No communication received. Need refund of the money paid.

Wrong Update of Loan on My CIBIL Account by LENDBOX
Transactree Technologies Private Limited has wrongly reported a lending information in my credit report. This company has received many such complaints in the consumer court. They have also used wrong mobile numbers and frivolous email ids and imaginary address to prepare such lending to my credit account. As a result, my lending capacity is being hampered and banks are not able to verify the right credit worthiness of my account.
A copy of my latest CIBIL Report reflecting the Summary of the same is attached with this complaint.
Prayer:
1. The consumer complaint court may kindly take immediate action against such fraudulent NBFC like
Transactree Technologies Private Limited.
2. Transactree Technologies Private Limited may please be asked to compensate a total sum of Rupees Fifty Lakhs after confirming that The phone number, address and Loan reported by
Transactree Technologies Private Limited was purely done to defame me and reduce my credit-worthiness. More importantly, Transactree Technologies Private Limited must be assessed and monitored closely as it seems that the company’s major business is Fraudulence only.
