Staff alloted online booked ticket to oflline person

I booked a ticket online of shri charbhuja travels (CBT) where firstly the bus was delayed by 3 hours and when i boarded the bus it was overbooked and my seat was allocated to another person who gave money to them offline and now i have to sit in the driver coach as i need to go to my place what is happening i want my money refunded please forward the complaint the to head and get me my refund

Last time Vodafone activeted prime without asking or confirmation of customer. Thjs time same issue. Some activity activeted by vodafone and customer have to pay this amount.
