Cancellation Issue
I booked the ticket from Hyderabad – Bangalore for 13 Nov on ‘http://www.newdhanunjayatravels.com’.
I got conformation email, but not received any message.
When i try to print/Cancel the ticket it’s saying INVALID ticket.
Tried to call many time to the phone# what they provided in Website. Not none of the numbers are working, even [Captcha Issue] feedback form.
Due to this invalid contact# even i couldn’t cancel my ticket.
Here there is no way to communicate to travels due to invalid phone#.
