Loan account not closed in CIBIL report.
Hello sir/maam,
I had taken a loan from mpokket loan app in January 2023 in my traditional mobile phone which I continued to use by making time to time repayment and I used to make regular payment on time of mobile loan mpokket. In the same month of August I took a loan from mppoket loan app and made its repayment on 01 September 2023 and my payment confirmation letter has been received on my mail but my cibil records The loan is still showing as active in the records, hence my CIBIL score is showing as negative. I have paid it all outstanding balance 5 months have been completed after paying the loan amount, still no update, I talked to the customer care about the close loan account and update a cibil report, there is a reply from the customer care, it will be updated in 15
calendar days, still no update. Due to active loan account, my CIBIL report is getting negative effect. Due to this, it is creating problem in applying for new loan. Please take action on this mpokket as soon as possible. Please help me in this problem, along with all the loan payment bills are attached with the mail for your reference.

Loan fraud from kredit cow loan application
I didn’t get any loan from kredit cow loan application on yesterday even I didn’t apply for loan on that application but unfortunately on yesterday morning I was saw that one loan application namely kredit cow installed in my phone and I have seen that two loan was under approval process under my name then I mailed on their given mail id and after some time they gave me the reply that they are not able to cancel that loan process and ask some money from me and after that on the loan application it is showing that I have to repay a total amount of 14000 rupees through the link given in the loan application. But till now I don’t receive any single penny from above mentioned loan application. Now what can I do ?? Please help me out of this kind of problem .

I have paid my loan on Nov 8 in mpokket but it is still showing active in my cibil that’s why I contacted mpokket regarding this but they said they need 1 month to clear it from my cibil but now it is nearly 2 months they blocked me from mpokket and not answering my call

На 16.04.2024 г. направих поръчка по фейсбук за зелена рокля на цветя 5 ХЛ. На 07.05.2024 г. пратката е пристигнала, но тъй като отсъствах от населеното място, отворих пратката на 13.05.2024 г. В пратката имаше рокля, зелена на цветя, но размерът не е никакъв 5 ХЛ, а за Л дори не отговаря. За материята няма да коментирам – жарсе, найлон, нещо такова, което прилича повече на нощница, отколкото на рокля. Пратката беше без преглед и тест и стойността от 64 лв. е заплатена. Желая да върна продукта и да ми бъдат възстановени парите.
