Refund of payment due to wrong id from Airtel Black
“I received the bill for amount of Rs. 1673 for August in which previous month dues mentioned as Rs.824.82
I’ve paid the previous month bill on date 12 July’23, but while paying the bill I wrongly mentioned the black I’d as 101014115196 instead of 101014515196, therefore, it posted in wrong account instead of mine.
I am continuously requesting 121 to reverse the same. I also sent all the relevant documentry proofs as desired by 121 bit still it is not reversed.”
