Jio Fiber Scam
This is Harsha, I had a connection in the Jio Fiber for 1 year. From yesterday i.e 08/09/2023 I have been facing an internet issue. I raised a Service Request in My Jio App then Technician came to my home and visited. He said the technicians are issued 2 connections in 1 port to achieve their target. Is technians think the customers are fools? He called someone and he left my home. After that I tried to call him but he was not responding. Then again I called customer care and raised one more Request this time no one contacted me, and again today called customer care raised the Service Request again no response from them and no one contacted me till now. Then the last option i called to Technician which he given connection for me he said like he is not responsible for that, and he is very rude, doesn’t know how to talk with customers. Finally here customers are fools they are paying for the services but the company and the company representatives are treating customers like beggars. Here the technicians are spoiling Mukesh Ambani’s and company reputation. So please look into my concern and I have complained in consumer complaints court as well. For the last 2 days we dont have Net and even TV connection is also not working because of Your team Fault. If this issue is not resolved within a day please refund my amount i will go with another broadband connection. If i didn’t get any reply then directly i will book a petty case in the police station about the technicians scam. So I am expecting a reply from your team as soon as possible.
