Zoomcar customer damaged car
This complaint is against Zoomcar , I listed my car on the Zoomcar as a host. My car was booked on 31st January 24 from 1pm to 11pm. First of all car did not arrive on time and people who took the car were not responding even after multiple call, I called them entire night after 11pm and registered a support ticket on the zoom car. Zoomcar somehow connected them and returned car at 11pm. Car was left in very bad condition, accessories lost worth -10k, car seats spilled with drinks, drycleaning cost – 20k, petrol not refilled – 2.5k , damages from outside, repair cost – 20k, totalling 52.5k. Moreover Zoom car did not pay me for the rental charges for the leased period stating some penalty for previous booking cancellations for which they charged from customers as well.
