Zest money is not refunding my interest amount cashback
I have borrowed a loan for fee payment for my MBA degree program.
The zest money has collaboration with my institute, so it is the only way to get an education loan. No other banks and methods are allowed.
Zest Money committed that they provide loans with 0% interest. However, they debit monthly EMI with interest and then refund the interest as cashback within 7-10 working days.
For the last two months(Nov, and Dec) I didn’t receive a cashback. So I reached out to them through customer care and raised a concern, they asked me to wait for 10 working days due to some system error.
After a few days again I reached out to them through a call they asked me to wait for 10 days, and gave assurance that I would receive cashback in 10 days.
I’m concerned that still I have only 3 months dues to pay. What if I pre-close and I didn’t get any cashback refund or after completing 3 months I didn’t get my interest cashback refund?
