Zestmoney not refunding Cashback of interest taken on EMI.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the ongoing delay in receiving a refund for my 4 purchases on different platforms, paid through Zest Money on an EMI basis.
I made 3 purchase of Different prices as ₹1098, ₹7194 and ₹1011, from Decathlon on 3 months tenure emi through Zestmoney, and all these were paid off on 05/04/2023 and there is a on going EMI of 18 month tenure which will be paid off on 05/04/2024. As per the agreement zestmoney refunded interest Cashback till February 2023 later this, cashback of all the EMIs is due. I consistently ensured timely payment of all EMIs. However, despite fulfilling my financial obligations promptly for the past 1 year, I have yet to receive the promised refund.
I have reached out to zestmoney customer support multiple times, and unfortunately, the responses provided have been consistently unhelpful. The representatives keep providing new dates for the refund, but no concrete action seems to have been taken. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain.
I kindly request a thorough investigation into the matter and a prompt resolution of the issue. I believe that as a responsible and reputable service provider, Zest Money should uphold its commitment to customers and ensure timely and transparent transactions.
Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves, and I expect a swift response and resolution to my complaint. Your cooperation in resolving this matter promptly will be highly appreciated.
