We did the UPI Payment on 23rd July 2023 and it got unsuccessful but amount got deducted from account. Since last 2 month we are chasing with ICICI Bank for refund of that amount. They are not providing any resolution. We visited their south ex branch but staff is inexperienced they do not know where we need to esclate and even they are also not able to connect with their backend department. Need your support for this issue resolution
