Xpressbees harassing and lying customer
1) Parcel not delivered due to incomplete address
2) called customer care got rude replies didn’t help to update address, refused to transfer call to seniors and was rude
3) vendor updated address and rearranged delivery but xpressbees has not delivered neither updated address is reflecting on their system. Delivery not updated saying natural calamity in Mumbai on 07 Feb 2024. In reality nothing has happened in city. Another incorrect information and on calling customer care yet again no help.
4) vendor again updated address and rearranged delivery. Checked with customer care, tried to check with delivery partner no one picked up call. Address still not updated. No call from senior or delivery partner yet again.
Customer care executives have said that they don’t have authority to call delivery boy/can’t add address information/can’t transfer a call to seniors.
4) have emailed to them 3 times only automated reply no resolution as well.
All answers are Company has a policy that we can’t do this and that so ultimately no help.
