Selling my GOld illegally by Rupeek GOLD
Dear Consumer court and RBI,
This is regarding my loan with Rupeek gold for which i have renewed the gold loan with 15k plus rs and then from Jan this month there was no mention of interest on the said app due to which this loan interest was not paid. This was an issue from rupeek for which i said we can have paid 2k monthly without any issue but there was nothing mentioned on the app.
Now they have a penalty on the same and are trying to illegally auction our gold.
This is illegal practice done by Rupeek gold and they are calling again and again due to which we are in mental trauma. We were ready to renew this without penalty and extra charges but they are not making any compromise deals rather they want to auction illegally.
Will file FIR against CEO and directors against this illegal and intimidation from Rupeek gold. Please do let us know if there is any other way to lodge a complaint against this illegal act of Rupeek.
