Not giving back Money
Respected Team,
With due respect I want to file a complaint against Mr. Ajay owner of Enjoy Holiday Packages . I came ro know about them from instagram and i decided to plan a trip from them to Thailand . They gave a plan of 90,000 per couple to bangkok and pattya for 4 nights 5days dated 21st of travel to bangkok but as soon the date came near he refused to give tickets saying that they are costing him more than the 90,000 then i agreed with him and asked for refund of 60,000 whic i paid him online and screenshot has been attached . But after that he only paid 20,000 and from that day inwards he is not picking calls not replying me and only saying that he will give . The company provided me 93,500 package but it later on cost me 1.5 lac on spot booking of tickes were costly which had cost me 50,000 more please help me for the compensation and my money (40,000) back which i made him pay online .
