Wrong,cheap,Soiled and Stinky product delivered and refund cancelled
I have ordered a kurta set from Ajio.com with order no.FD9402507529 on 15th March 2024,On 18th March I received a parcel which contained a used ,soiled,torn & stinky Jacket instead of kurta set.I immediately uploaded the images of the same and requested for return.I also called customer care to register my complaint as I am a mother to new born, thinking of the kurta set ordered I opened the parcel while sitting near to my new born but actually parcel contained a soiled and stinky Jacket which raised hygiene issue for my new born.i have raised return and refund request for the same many times to Ajio ,which they rejected saying correct article was delivered from our side.Other than this my dear came true as my Newborn is unwell since 21st March , suddenly suffering from cough n cold .I want a strict action to be taken against Ajio as it’s not the Matter of just refund but my child’s health
