Spam billing by Airtel Funzone

Subject: Complaint Against Airtel Funzone (5924102) for Unauthorized Charges

The Honorable Consumer Court,
 
I am filing a formal complaint against Airtel’s Funzone service (5924102) due to unauthorized charges on my account and Airtel’s failure to respond to my earlier complaint.
 
Recently, I was unknowingly charged for spam calls initiated by the Funzone service, resulting in a bill of ₹1500. These charges were applied on a per-minute basis without my consent or prior notice. As a long-time Airtel customer, I find this practice deceptive and financially harmful, especially for elderly users.
 
Despite emailing Airtel customer support, I received no response. I request the Consumer Court to:
 
1.Investigate Airtel’s Funzone service and the unauthorized charges.
2.Direct Airtel to refund the ₹1500 charged to me.
3.Ensure Airtel improves its transparency and response to customer complaints.
 
I have attached a copy of the bill highlighting the charges.
