A delivery boy from meesho whose name is Vivek Raj used very disrespectful language and rude behaviour when I tried to call him for delivery of my order that is continuously from 11.10.23 to till date showing out for delivery in morning and in evening showing that customer refused the article so it will be reattempted next day without my consent. He didn’t even try to reach at location and also not tried to call me. When I contacted him he not only misbehaved with me and also threatened me that if I want to collect my order I have to visit their office otherwise he will return my article. This is the second time that I am facing this issue with that delivery boy , he is trying to did the same thing again so I am compelled to file complaint against him , so that he cannot do this type of activities to other customers.He sounds very criminal minded person and I am feeling very unsafe and stressed due to this . Therefore I request you to take strict action against him so that this could not be repeated again with anybody

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the delivery service provided by Ekart Logistics, specifically in relation to my recent orders placed through the Myntra and Flipkart apps. On multiple occasions, I have encountered significant issues with the delivery process, culminating in an unacceptable incident that occurred today, April 27, 2024.

Despite providing my address in Raichur district, Sindhanur TQ, I have consistently experienced difficulties receiving door-to-door delivery. Instead, delivery agents have repeatedly stopped approximately one kilometer away from my location and demanded that I collect my orders from them. When I inquired about the lack of doorstep delivery, I was met with rudeness and unprofessional behavior from the delivery agent.

It is unacceptable that I, as a customer, am made to bear the inconvenience of retrieving my orders from a distant location when doorstep delivery should be a standard service provided. Furthermore, the disrespectful attitude displayed by the delivery agent only compounds my frustration and disappointment with Ekart Logistics’ service.

I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. As a loyal customer, I expect to receive the level of service promised by Ekart Logistics and to be treated with respect and courtesy at all times.

I trust that you will address this issue promptly and provide me with a satisfactory resolution. Failure to do so may result in the loss of my confidence in Ekart Logistics as a reliable delivery service provider.
