I ordered from MCarespareparts.com of rs 1867 on 2nd August. Shiprocket assigned to Ekart(fraud) estimated date was 6th August. Status was misrouted. & from 8th no status in tracking page. I spoke to mcare agent girl after listening the issue she wantedly disconnecting the call. Then I sent voice message through what’s app ill go legally. On 9th Mcarespareparts agent said now I canceled the order. It will return back to us for 3 days. Then I’ll refund the amount. Today is 6th day. Today he is saying we are unable to cancel from our end. We can not do any thing until it returning. & it may take couple of weeks. why should I wait if Mcare assigned for fraudster Ekart. I did not suggest or advise them to assign to Ekart. Kindly help me, Mcare team not responding to my calls. Help me to get refund my amount of 1867rs
