Item picked up by delivery boy but status shows failed
I have ordered a baby frock on Meesho. Due to size issue, I requested for exchange. The product was picked up by the delivery person, but I didn’t get the exchange item. He said it will be delivered separately.
The status in app shows pickup- failed I reached out to customer support many times but they are denying that I have sent the product and asking me to reach out to delivery person and check myself.
They mentioned that they dont know who the delivery person is.
How can they cheat customers like this?
They are supposed to have all the details of who is assigned to pick up what product. They mentioned that they require the pickup slip but the delivery persons are not providing that saying they dont have any such process.
Who is at fault here?

I HAVE REPEATED BEEN CALLING THEM FROM 20-12-2023 TILL 30-12-2023 19:10PM. ALWAYS THEY SAY THEY HAVE ESCALATED THE ISSUE OR IT WOULD TAKE 24 HOURS. THE SAME STORY CONTINUES TILL DATE AND NO ACTION FROM JIO.
IT IS ALMOST 15 DAYS AND NO ACTION.. BASICALLY JIO IS CHEATING CUSTOMERS. ONLY EXCUSES BUT NO ACTION AT ALL

На 16.04.2024 г. направих поръчка по фейсбук на зелена рокля на цветя, без да получа потвърждение за направената поръчка и след около месец на 07.05.2024 г. пристига пратката. Бях я поръчала до адрес – на работното ми място, но тъй като бях в отпуск и отсъствах от населеното място, пратката ми я взе една колежка от офис на Еконт. Като пристигнах на работа на 13.05.2024 г. и отворих пакета …. изненада. Роклята е размер доста по-малък от този който съм поръчала, аз поръчах 5 ХЛ, а тя като за Л. За материята няма да коментирам – като нощница от жарсе. Отвратителна, не струва и 5 лв., а аз заплатих 64 лв. Много бих искала да ми се възстановят парите, но по никакъв начин сайта на фирмата не ми излиза в интернет.

I did not receive any credit cards but it is showing active in my cibil and no one is helping me to close this issue. Banks used to issue cards with our name where we are not aware of. This kind of fraud must be controlled ASAP.
