I am writing this letter to file a formal complaint against Ola Electric regarding the delayed Charger Refund of my Ola S1 Pro electric scooter. I am deeply disappointed with the company’s inability to fulfill their commitment to deliver within the promised timeframe. The purpose of this complaint is to seek appropriate redressal and compensation for the inconvenience caused.
I placed an order for the Ola S1 Pro in 20th Dec 2022 and Scooter was Delivered on 2nd Jan 2023, then, company announced to refund the charger amount to those who was purchased before March 2023, I received multiple messages and Emails to claim the charger refund, as per the company guidelines I submitted my Bank details in the month of Aug, it suppose to be refunded by 30th Sep 2023 again the date was updated to 31th October 2023 on Ola App, I called Multiple times to customer support and sent Multiple Emails but no Response, However, despite the passing of several Days, I haven’t yet to receive the refund the Charger. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, as I had made plans and arrangements based on the expected date.
Also the ticket number/Case number for ola support is CASE #01250484.
I have made numerous attempts to contact Ola Electric’s customer support team through their helpline and email, seeking an update on the refund status. However, I have been met with unsatisfactory responses, vague assurances, and a lack of transparency regarding the reasons for the delay. This lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns only adds to my frustration and disappointment.
As a consumer, I believe that I am entitled to receive the refund within the promised timeframe or be duly compensated for any delays encountered. The delayed refund of the Ola S1 Pro charger has not only caused inconvenience but has also impacted my trust in the company’s ability to fulfill its commitments.
Therefore, I kindly request the intervention of the Consumer Court to resolve this matter and ensure that Ola Electric takes appropriate action to rectify the situation. I am seeking the following resolutions:
Immediate refund of the Ola S1 Pro changer within a reasonable timeframe.
I have attached copies of all relevant documents, including the order confirmation, communication with customer support, and any other evidence supporting my complaint. I am prepared to provide any further information or assistance required to facilitate the resolution of this matter.
I trust that the Consumer Court will carefully consider my complaint and take appropriate action against Ola Electric. I look forward to a prompt resolution to this matter and a fair outcome.
