My order from DMart shows delivered but I did not receive my order

I had order from DMart on 23rd August 2024.

My order number was 144499692 for total amount of 1611.

The app shows that the order wal delivered and also I received an sms stating that the order was delivered.

I have not received my order and had raised a complaint with ticket ID. 4437178. There has been no communication from DMart customer care of any sort.
